Why Read This Book?Nancy decided to admit to the world that she could be interested in a woman when she announced that she was indeed interested in Kelly Thomas. She was 72 when she came out and this is the only woman she has been interested in. Nancy met her 40 years ago and always wondered if she could romantically love a woman.
Nancy started with the typical husband and two adorable children. Somewhere along the way the thought of Kelly was always lurking in the background. When her second marriage ended she began to think more about women and specifically about Kelly. All the women in this book had a journey from not even thinking about a romantic relationship with a woman to ending up in great romantic one. Nancy had the vision of writing this book since she and Kelly Thomas partnered up in 2012. She thinks it is important for others to understand the journey to embracing a Lesbian lifestyle, especially as more young people are looking at their sexuality in different ways.
